Policies
- Subjects and pay will be discussed prior, with work beginning after a down payment equal to half of the full price.- Periodic updates may be requested before and/or during the process. Artist may give updates anyways.- The order may be canceled anytime during the work period by the buyer. If work has not started, a refund may be requested. If work has started, a refund may be denied. "Work starting" meaning a file with, at minimum, a rough sketch exists at the time of the requested cancellation.- The order may be canceled anytime during the work period by the artist. If the artist initiates the cancellation, a full refund will be issued.- Revisions to a piece may be made at any point in the process including, and up to, the buyer agreeing to satisfaction with the product, with a limit to 5 revisions per commission. A notice will be give if 1 of 5 revisions will be used.- Accepting humanoid, furry, scaley, alien, etc.- NSFW accepted, no loli/shota.- Artist may refuse requests for any reason at their own discretion.- Should the artist fail to create a product in 60 days, a request for a full refund will be offered.- If the artist attempts to contact the buyer for feedback or confirmation of satisfaction and does not receive a reply within 7 days, then it will be assumed the buyer is no longer interested in the commission. This will be considered a buyer cancellation, and no refund will be available.
